A few things you might be wondering

Before you step inside.

Do visitors need to download an app?+

The tours open in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. Visitors can look around and follow hotspots to move through connected spaces.

Can the tour appear on our own website?+

Yes. Your tour can be embedded directly into your website, or linked from a button or page. We provide the tour link and embed code.

Can we choose which features to include?+

Yes. We plan the tour around your property and audience, with options such as floor plans, video, slideshows, branded information points, and a tour directory.

How does hosting work?+

Hosting is tailored to the size of your tour and the number of panoramic scenes it contains. We monitor the experience and work to restore service as quickly as possible if an interruption occurs. Our hosting uses Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. Future tour enhancements offered through our service are available to you at no additional cost.

What happens during a live demo?+

We’ll explore real virtual tours together, discuss your property and audience, and show the features that could work for you. It’s a free 30-minute online demonstration. Choose a time and we’ll confirm your request by email.
